The Village at Nags Head, Nags Head, NC

The Village at Nags Head is a 400 acre community that stretches from sound to ocean.  The oceanside homes are primarily vacation rentals and second homes and boasts an oceanfront beach club with an olympic-size pool, tennis courts, cafe, direct beach access and bath houses.

The soundside part of the community is a mix of primary residences, second homes and vacation rental properties, many of which have fantastic views of the Roanoke Sound.  It's best known for its 18 hole Scottish links style golf course and lush natural landscaping.  You'll also find a clubhouse and two soundside piers for residents and their guests.  The soundside (or westside) community is also unique because of its close proximity to the ocean, which makes it a short walk or bike ride.  If you're looking for a primary residence but still want walking distance to the ocean, the Village at Nags Head might be a perfect community for you!
