Ocean's North is a small, private oceanfront community in the heart of Nags Head.  This building has only 9 units, and was built in 1986.  The units vary in size, ranging from about 1250 SF to over 1700 SF, with both 2 beds/2 bath units and 3 bedroom/3 baths units available.  The building has an elevator and nice oceanfront pool and has been well maintained.  The only drawback is the yearly condo fee, which is approx $13,000.  This is mainly due to the limited number of units in which to defer the costs.  Still, the ample floor plan and location makes it definitely worth a look!  See all the condos for sale in Oceans North listed below.
