Admiral's View Real Estate

There are 3 buildings that comprise the community of Admiral's View.  Admiral's View 1 (or simply Admiral's View) is located in Nags Head while Admiral's View II and Admiral's View III are both located in Kill Devil Hills.  The first buildling was built in 1980, and subsequently 2 and 3 were built each year thereafter.  These are great units for the price, since all are direct oceanfront, have awesome views.  Admiral's View 1 has the most in terms of amenities, with a pool, elevator and common laundry area.  Admiral's View III also has a pool but no elevator and Admiral's View II has neither.  Like all the buildings in Admiral's View,  Admiral's View II has been very well maintained, and the stairs have been enclosed to protect you during inclement weather.  The association is in good shape and the continued maintenance have kept these older condos looking good.
